Seminars at Hospitality Schools

The objective was to provide the future servants and sommeliers a thorough knowledge of the wines from Ribera del Duero so that they have these wines in mind for their future jobs

The target was the students – the future sommeliers at two hospitality schools (Aalborg and Silkeborg).

During the end of May, EHRENBERG SØRENSEN Kommunikation (ESK) organised two seminars at two hospitality schools, Tech College in Aalborg and College360 in Silkeborg.

Speaker was Thomas Rydberg, WSET diploma and aspirant for a MW, author of a book about Spanish wines.

In total 38 students were trained, which could have been more if not the Corona restrictions made it impossible to reach the goal of 60 students.
